Marc Garneau is the current Liberal Party House Leader and a Member of Parliament for the Westmount-Ville-Marie riding in Quebec. Mr. Garneau has the distinction of being the first Canadian to go into outer space aboard three of NASA's space shuttles. He also served as the president of the Canadian Space Agency from 2001 to 2006. He spoke with PSD about the future of the Liberal Party and its need to emphasize policy in its public messages, Justin Trudeau's political future, and his own plans to lead the Liberal Party of Canada.
