David Miller on his Past and Toronto's Future

Former Toronto Mayor, David Miller, is well known for his support of sustainability, community, and expansive public transit. Before becoming Mayor of Canada's largest city, Mr. Miller completed degrees at Harvard and the University of Toronto. After first taking a run at Canadian Federal politics, Mr. Miller became a Toronto City Councillor in 1994 and then Mayor in 2003. Having spent two terms as Mayor and introducing such initiatives as Transit City, Mr. Miller will never be completely removed from the politics and discussion surrounding the governance of Toronto.
