Optimizing Asset Decision Making at the Region of Peel

This three-part document will connect the methodologies and processes that CAM developed and undertook to develop a basis for organizational-wide asset decision-making at the Region of Peel. The document will begin with a case study in developing levels of service (LOS) for a particular asset category (built environment), then progress through to connecting the levels of service to risk, and finally, using this information to make optimized decisions on asset priorities.
