CONSULTING

PSD’s consulting services allow our clients to work alongside our uniquely qualified staff to enhance their organization’s capacity in asset management and financial planning. We have four core offerings: the asset management roadmap, asset management plans, financial plans, and asset management training.

ASSET MANAGEMENT ROADMAP

PSD’s Asset Management Roadmap is a process that typically lasts 12-18 months. It sees our consultants work alongside staff and department heads to develop a holistic asset management program. There are several steps involved in the process, including a state of maturity report, an asset management policy, condition assessment protocols, lifecycle management, a level of service framework, and financial strategy development, which all work together to produce a strategic asset management plan. By the end of the process, our clients are left with a strong foundation to manage and maintain their own asset management programs.

ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN

PSD’s Asset Management Plan (AMP) not only ensures that our clients are meeting baseline standards needed to satisfy legislative requirements and secure grant funding, but also provides additional elements such as trend analysis, multiple financial scenarios, and comparative data. The additions further enhance our client’s asset management capacity, creating a true living document, which helps to ensure that strategic goals are met.

TRAINING

PSD offers several training packages, which provide our clients with the knowledge and skills to expand upon their asset management practices in a way to best suit their specific needs. PSD’s team has been certified by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), and is a certified IAM testing location.
