Finding alternative funding for infrastructure projects is a complicated process. What pricing mechanisms should be considered? Will the new funding source be financially sustainable? How will this change affect the environment? In this PSD webinar, our panelists discussed their process in setting up a new pricing model for stormwater services and how they addressed concerns about funding and administrative capacity. They will also went over their successes and challenges with establishing new stormwater charges.
